Scene 1 - After a recap of the previous volume the announcer says in Japanese "That the first volume was only the beginning". I take their word for it because they show the bikes and they are much more refined then the ones used last time. They have the 2 gals get on the bikes and a relay race is started. Not too much to talk on their race as they just pick up items and show their panties a couple of times.
Scene 2 - They show both Anri and Rina having sex with pornstar dudes.
Scene 3 - After the sex its time for both Anri and Rina to get on their bikes. Now the bikes have a clear seat and the gals must follow a route dictated by SOD's staff. Rina is first and they show her going over bumpy roads with a dildo in her and it is some amazing stuff. Talk about pounding the pavement. Then they have Anri who has a vibrator still and she gushes a few times. Then the scene cuts back to Rina getting her clothes on then Anri (how did she get there?). They really start having a race through a park with both gals squirting a couple of times a piece. Who wins? You'll have to watch!
Scene 4 - This is just an in-door bicycle exercise scene with both gals still squirting.
My opinion: This movie is waaaay better than the first one. The clear seats and not so much time being spent on the pornstar dudes was great. This movie is more interesting as well and watching a gal take a bumpy ride on a dildo is fun to watch. I had low expectations but this movie surprised me because they didn't waste as much time on gals squirting for 10 minutes then giving up. A real race was in this one too. Simply put, 10/10
